Spring Water

Spring water is water that has been naturally filtered by the earth. Unlike tap water, which contains chemicals and other additives, spring water is pure and clean, typically containing minerals like calcium and magnesium, which are essential for good health.

Infiltration occurs when rainwater seeps through the ground and is filtered by rocks and minerals. This process takes several years, but the result is clean, pure spring water.

There are numerous health benefits associated with drinking natural spring water. Properly hydrating increases blood flow throughout the body, including to the brain. This helps move oxygen and nutrients to the brain and its neurons while flushing it of metabolic waste.
